The “marchio Ospitalità Italiana” represents the excellence promoted by the Ministry of Tourism to award hotels, restaurants, b & bs and campsites that promote the importance of Italian products (d.o.p., d.o.c., i.g.p, i.g.t …), as well as tradition and culture. The Audit of the Italian Hospitality brand also looks beyond national borders: in fact the analysis is also aimed at restaurants around the world conducted by Italians who use traditional recipes and original Italian products following a very restrictive and precise disciplinary.

Our other interventions are intended for:
– audit of the YES hospitality brand in the Piedmont Region given to hotels and mountain huts that comply with a strict set of rules for hospitality;
– FITOK verifications, the ISPM 15 standard, which aims to regulate phytosanitary measures to avoid infestations in areas of trade through wood. (Over 300 packer companies are visited every year);
– EPAL checks consisting of monthly checks on companies of authorized producers and repairers to verify compliance with the production protocol;
– Due Diligence;
– LegnOk (based on the legislative decree 995/2010 against illegally harvested wood);
